**What's the role?**
Our Commercial Strategy and Growth team is seeking a Senior Concept Editor/ Lead to take the reins of content strategy and execution across a major national client as well as play a pivotal role in commercial content development and new business growth. This full-time hybrid role is ideally suited to an experienced content strategist or editorial lead ready to drive big-picture thinking and roll up their sleeves to craft smart, effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Content Lead is responsible for leading content strategy, development, and implementation across the Australia Post account and broader Rare Creative client portfolio. This role is divided across three days per week focused on the delivery of strategic content for Australia Post, and two days dedicated to supporting Rare Creative's commercial content strategy, proactive pitches, and new business responses, including government tenders.
