The Compensation and Benefits Specialist for is responsible for the effectiveness of our total rewards strategy in defined Asia countries, focusing on manufacturing and support organizations. The core responsibility therefore is to develop, implement and administer competitive compensation and benefits that attract, motivate and retain talent while being consistent with global strategies and locally relevant and meeting business needs.
Core responsibilities/activities:
+ Conduct annual market assessment and take ownership for the quality of market data used to guide decision-making
+ Recommend the base pay budget required for the annual focal review
+ Periodically review the competitiveness and effectiveness of our C&B components in defined Asia countries and make recommendations to close any gaps if required
