Love your job.** The Compensation and Benefits Specialist for is responsible for the effectiveness of our total rewards strategy in defined Asia countries, focusing on manufacturing and support organizations. The core responsibility therefore is to develop, implement and administer competitive compensation and benefits that attract, motivate and retain talent while being consistent with global strategies and locally relevant and meeting business needs.
