**About the job:** As part of the APAC Indirect Channel Management (ICM) team, the incumbent has a key role to develop tools to support the roll out of strategy related to all Indirect Channels in APAC, including projects to ensure continuous improvements in how channel partners are managed to drive growth with robust compliance standards. He/ She with work closely with ICM leads and leverage cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases and industry analyses to develop best practices. Identify and propose solution for issues of substantial significance that affect the functions within the global excellence. He/ She is to lead the process of GX metrics and IC performance data analysis to ensure discipline and rigor around Stryker’s indirect channel lifecycle management process, with a specific focus on driving compliance to GX Metrics, Global Standards and IC productivity....
