**Summary:**
The APAC Facilities Engineering Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of facilities engineering of both traditional office and technical facilities throughout APAC. This role ensures the effective and compliant operation of facilities, balancing engineering best practices, regulatory standards, risk mitigation and operational efficiency.

1. The role is responsible for leading the performance and governance of Integrated Facilities management (IFM) service partners, ensuring alignment with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
2. Efficient service delivery across office and technical spaces.
3. A key focus is placed on risk management, governance, compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining operational continuity
4. Act as technical SME to manage and lead Capex & Opex projects, including minor works, infrastructure upgrade and mission critical facility enhancements.
5. Ownership for Hard Services budget management Capex & Opex
6. Lead regional IFM technical programs, ensuring global alignment while addressing APAC-specific operational requirements.
7. Drive innovation and continuous improvement for the Facilities and Real Estate team leveraging our internal and externals partners in the region.Ownership and management to ensure all spaces are fully operational without disruption to the business
8. Lead the facilities engineering risk framework, ensure all maintenance, repair and project activities comply with industry standards.
9. Ownership and management of statutory compliance framework
10. Ownership and management of utilities ensuring usage, billing and efficient operation are maintained
11. Provide subject manager expertise (SME) support to regional teams on engineering operations,technical specifications and infrastructure planning.
12. Lead energy and sustainability programs
13. Ownership and management of Enterprise Asset Management and CMMS tooling
14. Lab support for technical labs MEP services ensuring operational uptime, service delivery including tool install or modification works.
**Minimum Qualifications:**

15. 8+ years of experience in facilities engineering or related field
16. Mechanical / Electrical or Building Services engineering qualified
17. Other accredited engineering or technical disciplines
18. Demonstrated Industry experience in Engineering Hard Services
