**Leadership and Managerial Duties**
Support colleagues to ensure they deliver work in compliance with standards and expectations.
Foster a positive working environment where teams thrive, promoting cross-department collaboration to build a unified team spirit.
Encourage teamwork and quality service through consistent communication and coordination with other departments.
Recommend or initiate HR-related actions as needed.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with Department Heads and other relevant inter-departmental personnel.
Coordinate efforts to maintain and grow business volume through advertising, promotions, partnerships, publicity, community relations, and special projects.
Regularly review Public Relations activities to ensure high visibility of the resort in both local and national media.
Oversee the development of new products, services, and marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to support strategic decisions.
Maintain strong communication with Regional Sales and Marketing teams and implement corporate initiatives.
Partner with Human Resources on workforce planning and other HR needs.
**Financial and Administrative Duties**
Collaborate with the Director of Finance in preparing and managing the department’s budget.
Investigate potential markets using guest feedback, government tourism statistics, and industry trends.
Analyze competitor sales and promotional activities.
Recommend effective advertising strategies to the General Manager by assessing past campaign performance and consulting with department heads and advertising agencies.
Generate new and repeat business by maintaining relationships with airlines, travel agencies, commercial entities, private clubs, professional associations, and neighboring markets.
Stay informed by reviewing relevant industry publications and reference materials.
**Guest Experience Duties**
Consistently deliver Regent Brand and Service Signatures in daily operations.
Enhance the resort’s image in the local community.
Actively participate in local associations, memberships, and trade organizations.
Monitor Marketing team activity reports regularly to ensure targets and sales objectives are being achieved.
Review internal promotional materials to ensure they are visually impactful and align with brand standards.
Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Department to organize and promote special projects aimed at increasing F&B sales in the community—such as tournaments, galas, themed parties, and culinary events.
Interact professionally with external stakeholders, including clients, Convention Bureaus, resort associations, government tourism offices, airlines, travel agents, tour operators, competitors, and other community members.
**Other Duties**
Ensure the safety and security of the property by participating in fire and life safety initiatives.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management, particularly during critical situations where teamwork is essential.
