Key Responsibilities: - Work alongside the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Assist in creating and presenting technical proposals, solution designs, and product demonstrations.
- Implement and configure network, voice, and cloud solutions for customers.
- Provide ongoing technical support for deployed solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and troubleshoot any technical challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies to drive innovation and provide forward-thinking solutions to clients.
Key Skills & Experience: - Hands-on experience with Enterprise Network Administration, including technologies such as: Cisco, Meraki, MikroTik, Cambium, CradlePoint.
- Experience with voice and telephony platforms, including: Cisco Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams Calling, and IP-PBX administration.
- Exposure to areas such as voice, data, cloud connectivity, security, and managed networks.
- A passion for delivering solutions that solve customer challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, CradlePoint, or similar) are a plus.
- Understanding of pre-sales processes and solution design is desirable but not essential.
