As an Account Manager you are the face of the ZETR brand, our ambassador in the architect and interior design community tasked with growing opportunities within our existing accounts. Working closely and supporting our Project Sales Manager, you will work with an incredibly passionate and driven team, with a strong sense of community, work ethic and empowerment, for a brand that is very much loved by our industry. This is a hybrid role where you will be working from home as well as shared office locations around Melbourne.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to team and region sales budgets and targets.
- Provide warm and professional service to established client base of interior designers, architects, installers and end users.
- Day to day fielding of customer enquiries, quoting, follow up of quotes in a timely manner.
- Support local Project Sales Manager & broader team through project consultation + admin support.
- Develop key relationships and accounts in regional areas.
- Provide prompt response to both internal and external enquiries.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and understanding the broader industry.
- Maintain brand identity through appearance, presentation and language.
- Accurate account management of all client details in CRM system.
- Attend Trade / Industry events to build awareness and product industry placement.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in Account Manager, Sales Consultant or Retail Management role 1-3 years .
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM system.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 360 Suite.
