Accounts Executive for MNC Company in UK, Australia, Ireland, and India

Job Description - Ireland Account Manager/Client Manager:

  1. Must have experience in Ireland accounting of 3 to 5+ years.
  2. Proficient in bookkeeping and year-end processes.
  3. Review and prepare financial statements from client's books on Ireland tax compliances.
  4. Year-end accounts: Preparation of bank reconciliation, depreciation account, debtors ledger reconciliation, creditors ledger reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, and PAYE reconciliation.
  5. End of year journal adjustment and general ledger scrutiny.
  6. Knowledge of Ireland VAT (ROS).
  7. Handling a team of 3-4 junior accountants.
  8. Responsible for the quality and deadline of teamwork.
  9. Confident in client communication.
  10. Knowledge of preparation of timesheets and weekly/monthly KPI for self and team.
  11. Responsible for reconciling and streamlining the company accounting records system by inputting all payments, expenses, and other financial transactions in accounting software.
  12. Investigating possible errors or problems in the company's financial books by checking other documentation and notifying management when necessary.
  13. Quality control review of the corporate tax returns on a diverse mid-sized client base.
  14. Reviewed/prepared the income tax provision for the Ireland companies on various software platforms like SAP, RAP, Surf, etc.
  15. Providing business tax advice to clients on developing and implementing tax-efficient structures.
  16. Managing corporate tax compliance on behalf of clients including submission of tax returns.

Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Industry: Accounting / Auditing / Taxation

Qualification: B.B.A, M.B.A/PGDM, Chartered Accountant
