About Our Client

Our client is a leading Australian Mining and Resource client with operations and exploration projects across the Bowen and Surat basins, with four major coal-producing assets supplying metallurgical coal to a global market. They hold a strong track record of performance in developing, operating and rehabilitating coal resources to produce export metallurgical coal for steel making.

What you will be Doing

This role is to provide administrative support to the CHPP and Maintenance Teams. This may also include assisting other departments during unplanned absences or annual leave events.

Key Accountabilities or Activities:

  1. PO creation and management for equipment and Vendors etc
  2. Management of site Fuel Puks
  3. Stationary Orders
  4. Daily Orders
  5. Creation of department leave registers
  6. Management of Telstra SIM cards for ITrack etc
  7. Department event/meeting bookings
  8. Monthly performance report creation
  9. Uniform orders
  10. Department accommodation management
  11. Fuel reconciliation/report
  12. Work order scanning
  13. Management of equipment hours into SAP
  14. 7.30 Meeting board updates/history
  15. Creation of RTW presentations
  16. Upload weekly schedule into the daily maintenance log
  17. Weekly Work order printing
  18. Measurement point reading loaded into SAP
  19. SES approval for Vendors without ARIBA accounts
  20. DL list management
  21. Supervisors Appointment Bookings
  22. Document development and general typing

What you will need

  • Strong Administration Skills
  • Mining Experience Desirable
  • Standard 11, Coal Board Medical and Drivers License
