Casual Administration Officer - Hawthorn

About the Opportunity:

St Vincent's Care Services Hawthorn (locally known as Mary Mackillop Aged Care) is a 91 bed facility located in Hawthorn East, just 7km from Melbourne's city centre with the added convenience of Camberwell Junction right around the corner.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar role
  2. Experience in managing HR systems (knowledge in Kronos and Workday desirable)
  3. High level of customer service skills
  4. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  5. Ability to follow directives as per care plan
  6. Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
  7. Current flu and COVID-19 vaccination and National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
  8. NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
