Our client is a reputable Engineering firm located in North Sydney with a well established and diverse team. The firm is experiencing remarkable growth and is now seeking an Administration Assistant to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis at their North Sydney office.
Your Duties: - General office administration and ordering office supplies.
- Assist with project administration and ensure accuracy of project documentation.
- Prepare timely invoicing and assist with month-end invoicing tasks.
- Support the Business Manager with report preparation, quotations, and RFTs.
- Organise travel and accommodation for staff and plan staff functions.
- Attend meetings and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain project files and documentation in compliance with company standards.

About You: - 2-3 years administration experience.
- Intermediate computer skills including use of Microsoft Office Suites (Xero is a plus but not essential).
- Previous experience in the construction or engineering industry is desired but not essential.
