About the role:
- Part-time (Monday and Tuesday 9am - 5pm)
- Ensure the sales and admissions process
- Conduct tours
- Build meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Support the implementation of approved marketing events
- Assist with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
- Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
- Assist with client services and general enquiries
- Assist with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
- Reception and other administration duties where required
- Manage team rosters and timesheets
