About the role

Join our dynamic Community Engagement Unit as an Administration Officer, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role supports a passionate team across communications and marketing, fundraising and philanthropy, and the Heritage and Information Service.

This role will assist in the execution of key communication campaigns to enhance engagement and outreach, as well as support fundraising initiatives to drive philanthropic efforts.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in South Melbourne, VIC within our Community Engagement unit. The position reports to the Director, Community Engagement.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated administration experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills, and ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Raiser's Edge NXT (CRM) desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organisation.
