About the role

Supporting the Client Funds project team, you will be responsible for the meticulous setup and ongoing management of CardHero for staff, clients and homes nationally. Your daily tasks will include diary management, data collation, system access setup, and providing crucial administrative support during meetings and training sessions. You will manage project master list and ensure all follow ups are completed in a timely manner.

This is a full time maximum term contract to 31 st January 2026, location is flexible. This role offers the flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether that is your home or from an LWB office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish new profiles for staff members, clients and homes within the Client Funds system including CardHero.
  • Coordinate Client Funds system including CardHero meetings, training sessions, and manage schedules efficiently.
  • Compile and organise all necessary data for the setup of clients, staff, and homes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive master list and handle paperwork related to budget plans.
  • Facilitate system access setup based on provided information and follow up on missing details as needed.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, and address queries related to system implementation.
  • Provide explanations and support on the Client Funds system including CardHero as necessary.
  • Manage support tickets to completion and provide reporting on the team ticketing system

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of our clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders and documenting project details accurately.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills with an ability to think laterally and use initiative
  • Proficient ability in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs, specifically Excel

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
