Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant at Brecks Group, you will play a crucial role in keeping our company running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to all departments, including handling phone calls, emails, and mail management.

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives.

- Maintain and organize company documents, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all expense reports and invoices.

- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed.

- Assist with HR-related tasks such as new hire onboarding, file maintenance, and performance review coordination.

- Coordinate company-wide events and team building activities.

- Act as a liaison between departments and ensure effective communication within the company.

- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable working with confidential information.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in a retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
