You'll bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles, including leadership and coaching responsibilities
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification (desirable)
- Demonstrated success in leading Agile teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Strong experience in driving Agile adoption in complex, multi-team environments
