Our client is seeking dedicated Grants Administration Officers to join their dynamic team. As part of the Community Recovery team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support and emotional assistance through the processing of key financial grants. Your work will directly contribute to easing the immediate challenges faced by individuals and families, helping them on their path to recovery.
What you'll do:
- Handle grant applications verifying applicant information in line with current procedures
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy in managing applicant records
- Respond promptly and effectively to enquiries, providing clear, concise, and compassionate communication
- Review and assess grant applications against defined criteria to determine eligibility
- Work closely with other teams as required to gather additional information or clarification
- Accurately document interactions, decisions, and outcomes, ensuring a reliable and transparent audit trail

- Robust proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office abilities
