Apprentice and Trainee Admissions Officer Role Type: Part time (0.8 FTE) Ongoing (4 days availability, flexible with days)
Remuneration: from $ 76,856.95 (inclusive of 11.5 % super)
About The Role:
The Admissions Officer (enrolling Apprentices and Trainees) is responsible for managing the enrolment process for apprentices and trainees, from application to finalisation. You will provide outstanding customer service to our students, apprentices, and employers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
You will work in a fast paced, high-volume environment performing various tasks such as:
- Enrolment Management: Handle the entire enrolment process for apprentices and trainees, from application to finalisation.
- Administrative Duties: Manage student records, process applications, and ensure data accuracy.
- Student Support: Provide customer service, advice and support to prospective and current students regarding enrolment and eligibility.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Apprentice Training Advisors and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain accurate records in internal and external systems.

- Relevant qualifications or experience in customer service and administration support.
- Previous experience working in an RTO (desirable).
- Knowledge of apprenticeship and traineeship standards, guidelines, and training delivery modes (desirable).
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience in maintaining confidential customer files.
- Skills in using Student Management Systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
