Your New Role:
As the APS5 HR Advisor Pay & Conditions, you'll be tasked with providing expert advice and guidance to staff on activities related to employee pay, superannuation, and terms and conditions of employment. You will take a lead role in prioritising the work of the team and undertaking quality and assurance activities. With knowledge of SAP, or the ability to quickly obtain this knowledge, the HR Advisor Pay & Conditions produces regular employee-related reporting and is responsible for all pay run processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding and experience of payroll processing
- Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills, with strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work cohesively in a team and apply effective time management
- Ability to interpret and apply employment legislation, policy & guidelines
- SAP HR program experience
