City Venue Management (CVM) operates safe, high-quality aquatic, leisure, and sporting facilities across Queensland. With 39 venues, each serves as a vital community hub that promotes healthy and active lifestyles.
We own and operate several brands tailored to delight and engage the local communities including City Aquatics, City Health Clubs and Rackley Swimming.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide administrative support to the Swim School and Facility teams.
- Support the smooth running of all swim school and aquatic activities.
- Play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Help ensure the facility is safe, well-organised, and running efficiently.
- Assist with coordinating events, programs, and special activities, supporting the smooth flow of all operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- A friendly and proactive approach to customer service.
- The ability to work in both an administrative and poolside environment.
- Great problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- A passion for aquatics - previous experience in a swim school or facility is a bonus!
