Non-Contact Assistant Director / 2IC Sparrow Early Learning Yarrabilba
Part-time (Monday to Friday) Position

About the Role:
In this 2IC role, you will support the Service Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Service in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and operation targets. You will model creativity and innovation, motivate, and lead a team of Educators to create a positive and fun working space. In this role, you will design and implement engaging learning programs and work collaboratively while also providing confident support and motivation within your team of Educators. You will also maintain excellent relationships with families, children, and team members. Sparrow Early Learning Yarrabilba is a beautiful space where children feel safe and at home. Our dedicated early learning centre was purpose-built with curious little minds at the forefront. Our variety of modern learning resources includes cosy nooks, tranquil reading hubs, and engaging play spaces, all of which support quality interactions amongst our children and Educators.
What you'll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a current Second in Charge role
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Confidence when communicating with all levels of management
- A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our service
