Job Summary The Assistant Director of Human Resources supports the overall Human Resource functions within the organization, assisting in the development and implementation of Human Resource policies and programs. This role involves collaborating with senior HR leadership to enhance employee engagement, drive talent management initiatives, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities Job Duty 1 -
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Job Duty 2 -
Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and facilitating interview processes.
Job Duty 3 -
Manage employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Job Duty 4 -
Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and knowledge.
Job Duty 5 -
Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance on performance management processes.
Job Duty 6 -
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Job Duty 7 -
Handle employee relations issues by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
Job Duty 8 -
Maintain accurate employee records and Human Resource databases to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Required Qualifications Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related discipline or equivalent, related experience; advanced certification may be preferred or required.
Required Experience
Four or more years of relevant experience with two or more years of supervisory experience.

Master's Degree in related discipline or equivalent, related experience; advanced certification may be preferred or required.
Preferred Qualifications Certifications through the Society of Human Resources Management.
