We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team to specialise in Property Development & Construction on a high-performing and existing desk.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in Recruitment. Preferably Construction or Engineering
- Demonstrated Proven Sales track record
- Curiosity & Ability to deliver for clients
- Passion for the Construction Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance goals.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.
- A background in Recruitment, Sales, Business Development or Account Management.
