Traverse Alpine Group is excited to announce positions available for both Front Office Staff and a Front Office Manager at Astra Falls Creek. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful alpine setting. In these roles, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient front office operations, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Front Office Staff Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage reservations, inquiries, and front desk operations.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Front Office Manager Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead front office staff, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Develop and implement front office procedures and policies.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and address escalated concerns.
  • Manage daily front office operations, including staffing and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for staff.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Front Office Staff: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
  • Front Office Manager: Minimum of 3 years of front office management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism.
  • Flexible availability for both roles, including weekends and holidays.
  • Front Office Manager: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy.
