We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful alpine setting. In these roles, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient front office operations, providing outstanding customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Front Office Staff Responsibilities - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage reservations, inquiries, and front desk operations.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Front Office Manager Responsibilities - Supervise and lead front office staff, ensuring high standards of service.
- Develop and implement front office procedures and policies.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address escalated concerns.
- Manage daily front office operations, including staffing and budgeting.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for staff.
Minimum Qualifications - Front Office Staff: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Front Office Manager: Minimum of 3 years of front office management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for both roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism.
- Flexible availability for both roles, including weekends and holidays.
- Front Office Manager: Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy.
