Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Attorney to join a well-established growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and business-related matters, with a focus on litigation and transactional work. The Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and partners, providing support on a range of legal matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct extensive legal research to support ongoing cases.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills.
  • Assist partners and senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments on their behalf.
  • Communicate with clients to keep them informed about their legal matters.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the state bar.
  • At least 3 years of experience, preferably in construction law and business-related matters.
  • Extensive litigation experience.
  • Experience working with insurance clients is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
