Position: Attorney (Construction & Business Litigation)
Salary: $125,000 - $155,000/year (DOE)
Location: Hybrid remote, Irvine, CA

Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Attorney to join a well-established growing law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law and business-related matters, with a focus on litigation and transactional work. The Attorney will work closely with senior attorneys and partners, providing support on a range of legal matters.
Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive legal research to support ongoing cases.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and wills.
Assist partners and senior attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments on their behalf.
Communicate with clients to keep them informed about their legal matters.
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the state bar.
At least 3 years of experience, preferably in construction law and business-related matters.
Extensive litigation experience.
Experience working with insurance clients is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
