Job Details
  • Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, title/survey review, leasing, and financing
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex real estate matters
  • Work on real estate joint ventures and private offerings related to development projects
  • Advise clients on financing and organizational structuring in real estate transactions
  • Participate in negotiations, drafting agreements, and managing real estate projects

Looking For:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Washington State Bar, or eligibility to waive in
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate transactions
  • Strong experience in acquisitions, leasing, title/survey review, and financing
  • Proven ability to manage complex real estate matters and collaborate in a team setting
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills
