Job Details

Handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, title/survey review, leasing, and financing
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex real estate matters
Work on real estate joint ventures and private offerings related to development projects
Advise clients on financing and organizational structuring in real estate transactions
Participate in negotiations, drafting agreements, and managing real estate projects

Looking For:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Washington State Bar, or eligibility to waive in
3+ years of experience in real estate transactions
Strong experience in acquisitions, leasing, title/survey review, and financing
Proven ability to manage complex real estate matters and collaborate in a team setting
Excellent academic credentials and strong communication skills
