Position: Before & After School Site Director

Location: Bellevue Public Schools
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:15 AM - 9:00 AM & 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (some evenings/weekends for training & meetings)
Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Site Director provides leadership and oversight for staff and children at designated Kids' Time locations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and supportive environment while maintaining full compliance with DHHS licensing requirements. This role includes managing staff, overseeing daily operations, and upholding safety and program standards.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum Age: 19 years
  2. Education: High school diploma or GED
  3. Experience: Must meet one of the following:

Two years of experience working with children in structured group settings (verified reference required).

6 credit hours or 36 clock hours of DHHS-approved child development training.CDA Credential, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or Child Care Administration).
Certifications: CPR & First Aid (or ability to obtain)
Background Checks (completed prior to hire):Nebraska Child Abuse & Neglect RegistryNebraska Adult Abuse Central RegistryFBI Fingerprint Background Check (required for candidates 18+)
Reliable transportation required
