Job Description Game on
As a HammondCare volunteer, you'll be helping residents enjoy a variety of games - Dominoes, Chess, Chinese checkers, Scrabble, dominoes, card games just to name a few. Come along and prepare to be challenged as you volunteer your time at HammondCare Scone. You'll be helping to reduce social isolation.
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week fora one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday, visits could be weeklyto fortnightly depending on your availability.
