Job Description QLS has a full-time permanent role for a Bookkeeping and Administration Assistant to join the Regulation team. The successful candidate will be working 3 days with the External Interventions business unit and 2 days with the Trust Account Investigations business unit.
In this role you will:
- Receive phone calls and process inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence.
- Update the OnBase case management system.
- Scan investigation files and correspondence.
- Process receipts and cheque requests and record in LEAP accounting program.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the daily and monthly reconciliations.
Ideally you will have the following:
- Experience in a similar administration role.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
- Experience in bookkeeping is desirable.
