Our Client Accounts department is dedicated to driving sustainable wagering and delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective account management. Focused on loyalty, the Client Accounts team builds strong connections between customers and products, using modern technologies and customer insights to identify, satisfy, and retain clients.
As our Business Development Executive (BDE), you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, reactivation, and engagement. You will have the opportunity to connect with customers both in-person and through digital communication channels, creating a positive and lasting impact on customer loyalty, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
As a BDE, you'll be at the heart of customer interactions, hosting events and crafting engaging experiences. Your confident social and telephone skills will be key in building strong, one-on-one relationships with customers. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you'll be part of a growing, energetic team dedicated to expanding and enhancing our customer base.

This role is located in the Victoria region, with an accessible Melbourne office.
This is an exciting, fast-paced role that requires flexibility in work hours, including travel, evenings, and weekends, as you'll be supporting the business's 7-day operations.
- Drive business growth through customer acquisition and reactivation, managing a select group of clients and maintaining regular one-on-one communications to build long-term relationships.
- Provide proactive management services, including handling inquiries via phone, email, and SMS, and resolving any issues customers may encounter.
- Utilise customer insights from player profiling to create targeted, personalised promotions and manage events and hospitality offerings.
- Prioritise delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring the needs of customers are always the primary focus.
- Represent the company in event creation and hosting, including weekly to monthly events and premier sport and racing events.
- Proactively manage Safer Gambling (SG) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices, advocating for safer gambling within Entain and the broader community, while ensuring full compliance with industry regulations.
What you'll bring
- 2+ years Sales and Customer Relationship experience within the wagering or gaming industry (betting/casino).
- Knowledge of wagering products with a passion for sports and racing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present oneself professionally.
- Strong skills in building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the role.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared goals and success.
