The Position
  • Convert leads that come into the business through the company
  • Prospect for new organic growth business
  • Work closely with the property management & sales team
  • Communicate with and service their current database
  • Conduct market appraisals
  • Emphasis on building quality not just quantity
The Criteria
  • Current PM Registration & driver's license
  • Real Estate sales, BDM or property management experience
  • Advanced negotiation skills with a drive to win
  • Fire in the belly attitude and a high level of self-motivation
  • Integrity and strong ethical principles
  • Collaborative team approach
