Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from generating new business opportunities to closing deals with a diverse range of clients.
- Utilise a consultative sales approach to uncover and address customer challenges.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and clients, tapping into existing networks and new leads.
- Engage in outbound activities such as calls, emails, and presentations to secure new business.
- Foster solid relationships with clients, ensuring targets are exceeded through exceptional service and solution delivery.
- Deliver impactful face-to-face presentations to potential clients.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 2-3+ years of new business development or sales experience.
- Welcoming candidates from all types of industries and backgrounds.
- Confidence and resilience in cold calling and prospecting.
- A consultative selling approach with proven relationship-building skills.
- Experience engaging with a range of stakeholders across various industries.
- Strong track record of meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Experience presenting to SME clients is advantageous.
- A positive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service.
- Respectful and professional demeanor.
