- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Building strong partnerships with key customers, distributors, and industry influencers.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft tailored solutions for clients.
- Identifying emerging opportunities and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Leading sales strategies, refining market approaches, analyzing your competitors and ensuring a competitive edge.
- Delivering presentations and closing deals with stakeholders.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably but not a must have within the coffee or catering equipment industry).
- A track record of smashing sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- A natural relationship builder who thrives on making meaningful connections.
- An innovative thinker who spots opportunities before they arise.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- A love for coffee and an interest in the latest industry trends.
