This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Sydney, NSW) with a 30-minute unpaid break (8 paid hours per day) 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Manila Time)

Total Paid Working Hours per Week: 40 hours

You'll play a key role in expanding our client's services, linking aged care facilities with top-tier medical professionals. Your efforts will directly enhance the quality of life for seniors across Australia while contributing to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact aged care facilities to promote the company's nurse practitioner services and maximize GP resident load.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, tools, and materials to attract smaller-value clients.
  • Manage the sales cycle with the relevant State Executive, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track leads and monitor sales progress.
  • Create sales presentations and materials using Gamma or similar tools.
  • Conduct follow-ups and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to align sales efforts with staffing capabilities.
  • Report on sales activities and contribute to overall business growth strategies.
  • Maintain a database of potential aged care facility partners for future opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate the value of nurse practitioner services in aged care.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems such as HubSpot and LinkedIn for sales tracking and client management.
  • Experience with presentation tools, particularly Gamma.
  • Strong ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Understanding of the Australian healthcare system, particularly aged care (preferred).
