Job Description

We are seeking a Business Operations Administrator to oversee the operations of a thriving boutique recruitment business based in Chadstone. This role will work closely with the founders, managing various aspects of the business from invoicing and administration to project management and event planning. Work arrangements can be offered on a part-time (3 days minimum) or full-time basis with 2 days in office and WFH options. This presents a unique chance to balance career aspirations with personal commitments.

What you'll do:

As a Business Operations Administrator, your role will be integral to the smooth running of the business. Key areas of responsibility are, but not limited to:

  • Manage invoicing processes through Xero
  • Oversee social media management, ensuring collateral is posted and shared across platforms
  • Support founders in project management and business improvement initiatives
  • Handle supplier communication and management
  • Take charge of event management

The Experience you bring:

The ideal candidate will be someone who can take ownership of their role, demonstrate initiative, and juggle multiple tasks and priorities. With previous administration experience under your belt, you're familiar with the ins and outs of office operations.

  • Experience with invoicing using Xero (preferred)
