About this opportunity: Reporting to our new Executive Manager - Human Resources, this new position will join an established Human Resources team and take a hands-on lead of the end-to-end Recruitment service delivery across Carinity.
You will partner with hiring managers to deliver an engaging, efficient, and effective talent acquisition process.
As a diverse operation, this role will need to consider the recruitment experience for all candidates along with the needs of our busy, but very appreciative Managers.
About you:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including involvement in senior appointments, across a broad range of roles.
- Proactive sourcing and talent attraction experience.
- Experience in optimising talent attraction & recruitment platforms and tools.
- Ability to provide insights from Recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Experience building and using talent pools for future opportunities.
- Appealing not-for-profit (PBI) salary packaging options.
- Monthly RDO's and the ability to incorporate working from home.
