Campaign Operations Executive - News Corp The Consumer Operations team is pivotal in executing marketing automation strategies to boost NewsCorp's digital subscription growth. This role involves managing content and offers on the digital subscriptions CMS, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention. You will play a key role in driving digital audience growth through strategic platform execution and seamless collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the digital subscriptions content management system (CMS) to drive audience growth across NewsCorp's national portfolio.
- Oversee the end-to-end process for content, brand, and offer changes within the CMS platform, including build, testing, deployment, and optimization.
- Partner with Customer Engagement & Pricing teams to execute dynamic pricing strategies aimed at improving sales and retention.
- Work closely with the Customer Engagement team to develop post-conversion messaging for enhanced user engagement and habit creation.
- Build, design, test, and deploy targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Who are you?
- Experienced in managing CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress VIP) and marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficient in HTML and SQL, with a solid understanding of digital platforms and data sources.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
