About you
You are patient, calm, friendly, and a team player who is collaborative. You have a nurturing instinct and support the children in our learning community to explore the world around them, encouraging the development of strong relationships and engagement of families.
- Diploma or Cert 111 in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong understanding of relevant Regulations/Legislation, Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) AND National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to the rights of children with disabilities to be included in all aspects of life
- First Aid Certificate including Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR required (HLTAID004)
- Certificate IV in Disability will be highly regarded
Successful applicants will require a current First Aid Certificate within an education setting. An offer will be subject to a police clearance, a current WWCC, and a pre-employment medical.
