Job Details
  • Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, motions, mediations, and appeals.
  • Handling a diverse caseload involving business, logistics, trucking, trademark, employment, immigration, real estate, tax, trust, and estate cases.
  • Drafting and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
  • Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in the law to provide the most accurate advice and representation.
  • Collaborating with other members of our legal team to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.

Qualifications:

  • A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the California state bar.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney, with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive experience in handling depositions, motions, mediations, and appeals.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • High degree of professionalism and adherence to strict ethical standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote work environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
