What You'll Do:
As a Claims Manager at Suncorp, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a Diverse Portfolio: Oversee multiple claims, ensuring that customers are updated and informed at every step of their journey.
- Processing Claims with Precision: Work closely with customers, assess losses, and make thoughtful decisions to ensure claims are settled smoothly and fairly.
- Building Strong Relationships: Foster positive connections with internal teams and external stakeholders to create a seamless and efficient claims experience.
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Care: Communicate with empathy, explaining the claims process, managing expectations, and providing consistent support throughout each claim.
