About the Role As a Client Service Expert (CSE) in our Client Value Teams (CVTs), you'll play a key role in helping to deliver improved servicing outcomes for ANZ's Private Bank (PB) Clients. Working collaboratively and partnering with PB Frontline, CSEs will use their expertise and knowledge to prioritise and complete client requests effectively, resolve blockers and deliver a seamless client experience.

What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Broad understanding of the Private Bank service offering and client needs
- The ability to work effectively with others and to balance your own priorities with those of the broader team
- Operations knowledge and practical experience in completing servicing requests
- Knowledge of workflow systems such as Workware and Pega Orchestrator (ASW2)
- Ability to problem solve effectively, leveraging tools, skills and relationships as needed to get the right client outcome while meeting policy and process requirements
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to share ideas and feedback with colleagues
