There is an opportunity to join this world-class clinical research centre with a state-of-the-art bedded facility as a Clinical Trial Patient Recruitment Officer where you will provide instrumental administrative and customer support in a variety of clinical trial tasks and responsibilities.
Working closely with doctors and clinical research coordinators, you will serve as the first point of contact for trial participants, managing and maintaining volume registration of interest to join clinical trials including helping them find suitable clinical trials and gaining basic information and details for potential clinical trial participants.
You will have excellent customer service and telephone manners, managing from organizing consultations, prospective participants interviews, managing phone enquiries from general campaign advertising and educating new participants on trials, answering their questions.
To be successful in this role:
- Strong administrative or customer service experience and experience in clinical trial/clinical research are highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional, courteous manner over the phone and via email.
- Highly developed written communication skills, and project management skills whilst delivering on competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
To be considered for this role you must be based in Sydney, Australia, and work on-site 5 days a week. This role offers a competitive salary package with salary sacrifice up to $16k per year, meaning you can expense a portion of your salary on expenses to increase take-home pay.
