Your New Role:
As the Cluster Manager, you will oversee multiple retail sites, leading and inspiring your teams to achieve outstanding results. You'll be right in the thick of it-coaching, developing and fostering an environment where both your team and the business can thrive. While there are essential operational responsibilities to manage, this is far from a 'back of house' role. You'll play a key part in shaping the day-to-day retail experience by overseeing rosters, driving sales targets, managing P&L and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.
