The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in commercial property management OR strong experience in residential property management
  • Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Own car and driver's license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflict resolution
Your Role:
  • Manage a clean and structured portfolio of commercial and industrial properties in Norwest
  • Prepare and manage commercial leases
  • Negotiate lease renewals and ensure seamless transitions
  • Maintain accurate records in RP Office
  • Monitor and follow up on rental arrears to keep accounts on track
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance requests
  • Prepare rent calculations and outgoing forecasts
  • Conduct annual rent increases and market rent reviews
  • Receive strong admin support to assist with day-to-day tasks
