The Role A superb opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to join a high-performing team based at a premium mixed used asset. Report into a knowledgeable and dedicated manager within a fast paced environment where you will grow and develop your skills.
Duties: - Tenant relations
- Arrears management
- Reporting through Power BI and Yardi
- Support Precinct Manager with guidance and support of juniors in team
Ideal Skills - Experience in Commercial Property Management
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to understand P&L commentary
- Active interest in helping & guiding junior staff
