What you will be doing
- Manage a portfolio of clients; including correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors
- Manage client retention; deliver exceptional customer experience and effective conflict resolution strategies
- Liaise with Repairs & Maintenance team for quote requests/work orders
- Prepare for and facilitate Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Committee Meetings (agendas, budgets and minutes)
- Oversee financial requirements of buildings within portfolio
- Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities
What you need to bring to the role
- Previous experience in strata management or related field such as property management
- Understanding of Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulations
- Current Strata Certificate of Registration (CoR) or ability and desire to complete ASAP
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Takes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integration
- Empathic, team oriented and eager to develop / enable others
- Initiative and learning focus (growth mindset)
