Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Content Management Specialist to join the Tech Team. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns using CMS, video & content platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the CMS, video & content platforms, digital marketing strategies, and the ability to analyze performance data to drive successful advertising outcomes.

Campaign Management:
  • A key member of a fast-paced high-performance team
  • Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns within various platforms.
  • Work with the Client, Tech and Design team to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Creative Development:
  • Utilize the platforms' creative automation tools to create dynamic and personalized ads.
  • Ensure all creative assets are optimized for various ad formats and platforms.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with our cross-functional teams including tech, design, media, and account service to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders effectively.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement to help optimize existing processes with the rest of the team as the needs of the project evolve.
Technical Expertise:
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of CMS, video & content platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to campaign setup and execution.
  • Train and support team members on the use of CMS, video & content platforms tools and features.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with industry regulations and platform policies.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of campaign execution.

Capabilities

  • Experience with video content creation and management.
  • CMS platform experience.
