Our client is looking for a Contract Administrator, specializing in health care, D&C fit out projects. You will be responsible for running multiple projects simultaneously, working with the in-house design and construct team to ensure you achieve the best results for your clients.

Roles and Responsibilities: - Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
- Progress claim assistance and external variations
- Review, negotiate and finalize subcontracts
- Manage and track project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
- Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
- Administer the project HSE system
To be considered for this position you will require: - Experience working on commercial construction projects ideally up to $5 Million in value.
- Good knowledge of the Victorian construction market
- Strong and proven track record working on Commercial projects (over a period of at least 3 years at this level)
- Experience using Procore is essential
- Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting or QS or a related degree or with the equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience
