This role is essential in managing and supporting the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Manage the administration of contracts from initiation to execution, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, procurement) to ensure contract terms align with business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract documentation, amendments, and correspondence.
- Ensure timely compliance with contract milestones and obligations.
- Assist in the resolution of contract disputes and issues.
- Provide regular reports and updates on contract status and performance to senior management.
- Communicate with clients and vendors to clarify contract terms and conditions.
- Review terms and conditions for risk and cost implications.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role .
- Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
