About the role:
- Preparation and execution of sales contracts
- Take initial deposits via online system.
- Liaise with stakeholders throughout the contract process
- Record and maintain contract spreadsheet.
- Prepare, update and distribute price lists as and when required
- Liaise with sales team and provide support and stock updates.
- Prepare, update and distribute settlement information to stakeholders
- General administration tasks as and when required.
To be considered for the role you must have:
- Contracts administration background preferred within real estate/property development
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Console and Docusign
